I was happy to find this used copy on Amazon, and was very happy with the Seller's accurate description and prompt shipping. The recipes are well-researched, simple to prepare for the most part, and I'm happy to have this addition to my cookbook library.

I'm not much of a baker but hate to rely on store bought stuff all the time so The Impatient Baker seemed perfect for me. The Pineapple Upside down Skillet Cake was wonderful and the brownie recipes I've tried thus far were also great.I bought a few copies for friends and actually made a recipe from the book to give with the first gift - Lemon Sugar Topped Cookies. Super easy and the cookies and the cookbook were both a hit.

I am extremely impatient and love to bake, so this is a perfect book for me. The receipe was very easy to follow and the results were very yummy. The cinnamon on the cake really complements the chocolate chips. I made it to bring to a dinner party and we served it with vanilla ice cream.I gave the book to my friend and she made the pumpkin chocolate chip muffins and raved about them.
