Being a senior majoring in mechanical engineering, I never got the opportunity to take an introductory engineering class. Advanced classes get so caught up with theory that there is very little time to go over application. This book is well versed for the beginning engineering students as it take basic physics and engineering and provides real world applications for the various topics. A must read for anyone considering or just getting into engineering.

This book is perfectly priced for the starving student. It is a great price and it's new. The book store was 3 times more expensive.
