    I have been an emotional eater my entire life. When I'm upset, sad, angry, happy or bored I have always turned to food for comfort. Over the course of the past year I have made it my goal to end emotional eating. This was very difficult for me because not only do I rely on it for emotional support but my body is literally addicted to it. The hardest thing about cleansing is not only knowing what to eat but you have to feel the emotions when they come up for you instead of hiding them away with food. The Bliss cleanse provides all the support you need to make that possible. Not only does the book outline exactly what foods you should be eating during the cleanse but it also provides you with daily activities to do to keep your mind focused on your intention of living a healthier, happier and more blissful life. I have ten pounds left to get to my goal weight and started using the bliss cleanse book in addition to my existing products and inspirational books and have already lost five pounds in ten days. I HIGHLY recommend this book over any cleanse book I have ever read in the past. Its easy to understand, informative and inspirational. Way to go Lindsey and Lorraine!

This Bliss Cleanse is NOT a one-time, quick fix weight loss plan (although it is possible to lose weight by following the menu plans), but a guide to a kinder, gentler way of living.

    This book is perfect for spring! It's a great time of year to shed off the winter doldrums, and this insightful, well-written book will allow readers to do just that. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs a cleanse of the mind, the body, and the soul! PLUS: Great recipes! :)
